Acer AO532h-2382 10.1-Inch Onyx Blue Netbook - Up to 10 Hours of Battery Life Review

I received my Acer a couple weeks ago now. No complaints except the expected ones - the keyboard is tight so you end up doing more “hunt-and-peck” typing and I’m not a fan of the touch-pad mouse, so I use a small travel optical mouse when I can. Oh, and the screen has a little glare. That’s all I can gripe about. It’s so light and tiny, I can take it anywhere. The three USB ports make it easy to use many add-ons like the optical drive I bought (pretty much to import CDs). Enjoy.

Bought this Netbook mainly for a backup to my Desktop, to use when there is lightning/thunder in the area, and to use as a type of Ebook reader and a pdf reader (for the local E-newspaper). Power adapter sometimes runs a little hot, and I am not sure about how accurate the 8.5 battery life claim is.

You would be crazy to pay 2x for an iPad that doesn’t even have a keyboard. For the price, I think this one of the best portable computers on the market. Battery lasts very long, it is extremely light, and has more than enough computing juice to get what you need done. Any you can not beat the price.
