ASUS Eee PC 1008HA Seashell 10.1-Inch Pearl White Netbook - 6 Hour Battery Life
ASUS Eee PC 1008HA Seashell 10.1-Inch Pearl White Netbook - 6 Hour Battery Life Review

I bought this for my husband and we both love using it around the house and taking it on trips. I love that it has bluetooth. Printing from his laptop was such a pain because it didn’t have bluetooth-definitely a feature to look for, especially if you have a bluetooth printer. The battery lasts ~5-6 hours, or less if it’s been sitting around unplugged for awhile, but I don’t really need a computer for longer than a couple of hours at a time when I’m somewhere without a plug. Even if you go to a coffee shop or library, you can usually wait around for an hour or so and someone near an outlet will move. I guess it might not be ideal for long flights if you were planning to work the whole time. In my opinion, the only thing that could make it better was if it was a Mac, but I can bear a PC for the added convenience and the fact that it was SO cheap.
- Intel Atom N280 Processor 1.66GHz

The ultra portable Asus Eee PC 1008HA Seashell weighs only 2.4 lbs and measures a mere one inch thin. Its 92%-scaled ergonomic keyboard and Multi-Touch touchpad make it a breeze to type and navigate through content. But the feature that truly captures most attention is its innovative design. Inspired by one of nature’s most beautiful creations, the seashell, the 1008HA’s slick curves and smooth lines offer contemporary style and effortless sophistication. To protect your investment, ASUS also includes a sleeve case with the 1008HA, perfect for carrying your 1008HA while out and about.
