You will know that from day one.
My mom bought and decided to live with her, even though I said the touchpad is often (at least once every 5 minutes, if not more from the touchpad) will react.
After 3 weeks and about 14 days return policy at Best Buy, has stuck with this pain in the ass netbook.
I had to waste time to solve technical support, who pretended to be helping me making me clean the hard drive and return it to the software factory. They know that this is a hardware problem, but not admit it.
Now they are sending me the window, so I sent in for repair that will last at least a month.

The computer works well, but has a serious error, so. There is a defect in the fan or the BIOS or something like that, leading his fans to create a sound shrill and ear-piercing. Currenlty I had an Acer Aspire One 8.9 "and want to get one because both my husband just almost completely abandon our desktops are also some people pass through here. Looking at all the netbooks and the experience, the Samsung NC-10 (Pink) can fit the need. After using for 2 weeks now, I can tell you my best score from my point of view:
Pros: Nice slick physical design, probably the best one of all netbooks. Easily expandable memory. Focusing Screen best for outdoor use. Battery life.

Had some initial problems that were cured by reinstalling the software.
During a trip abroad, where they know the next few weeks and more after.
Getting a free laptop has become a new trend. A "Get a Free Laptop" owner of the website was recently interviewed by CNN - since the site was exploding laptop giveaway!
How does the whole of the free laptop program? The website, which offers a laptop requires 3 to 10 sign-ups to various programs and products. Some are free trial versions of some $ 1-5 per month membership, which can be deleted.

Everything is fine, but the lack of an RJ-11. While traveling outside the country, I have RJ-11 phone jacks instead of RJ-45 in some countries. Now I can buy a mini-modem for use Internat.
Just like the specs said it would work. Boots in no time!. It is fast and stable. The battery life actually reaches de 9 hours like it is supposed to.
One aspect I did not like is the pre installed demo software like Acer Game Zone (but you just can errase with no dificult procedures).
